June 24 Kings Dominion Day Trip!

Swim Team practices will be held at 8-9 am for 13 & up and 8:30-9:15am for 12 & under. NVSL is offering discounted tickets for all swimmers and family members! Please note that this will not be a chaperoned event. Each family is responsible for purchasing their own tickets, and providing transportation and supervision while at the park. For those interested in ‘caravaning’ cars down I-95, we will leave from the FSSTC parking lot at 9:30am. Use our team Facebook group to organize carpools!

July 1 Afternoon Bowling at Bowl America 4pm, Bowl America Burke, 5615 Guinea Rd

Show off your amazing bowling skills and play in the arcade your teammates! Register in advance on Swimtopia so we can get an accurate lane count! Please note that this will also be a chaperoned event and parents can drop off their flyers! Purchase tickets for $17 (includes bowling and an arcade card) in our Team Store!

July 14 Matinee Movie at University Mall Movie and Time TBD, University Mall Theaters, 10659-A Braddock Rd

Escape the heat, enjoy some popcorn, and join your fellow Flyers for a fun filled afternoon at the movies! Movie listings and times come out the week before, so the movie selection and exact time is TBD, but we’ll be wrapped in plenty of time for our divers to get to their evening meet! Please note that this will be a chaperoned event and parents can feel free to drop off their flyers and go enjoy some peace and quiet by the pool!
